HUSC 1100 Self-Reflection Paper
Students will reflect on the challenges, goals (personal, professional, and academic) and changes they intend to make for success. The process of reflection helps us to explore and examine ourselves, which in turn allows to gain insight and move forward. Completing this worksheet will also help them consider the semester and achieve short-term goals. If students practice reflection, they may see the value of incorporating this into their lives as a habit.
