Hello, I have been asked to create RFP for this paper. I have attached what has to be in it and also given you an example in the link at the bottom.
A request for proposal (RFP) is a document that an organization, often a government agency or large enterprise, posts to elicit a response — a formal bid — from potential vendors for a desired IT solution.
The paper can encompass many facets, but below is a general framework you could follow.
I’ve also attached an example paper, to give you a better idea of what I’m expecting.
This paper should include the following:
Background/Introduction (Links to an external site.)
Project Goals and Scope of Services (Links to an external site.)
Anticipated Selection Schedule (Links to an external site.)
Time and Place of Submission of Proposals (Links to an external site.)
Timeline (Links to an external site.)
Elements of Proposal (Links to an external site.)
Evaluation Criteria (Links to an external site.)
Possible Roadblocks (Links to an external site.)
Budget
This paper should follow this format according to my professor:
All explanations and information supplied is thought-out/factual; At least as much as possible (do your research, don’t make up stuff)
The paper must be well formatted in a manner that show academic excellence (MLA/APA, Spellchecked, formatted/aligned, works cited, etc.)
Leverage graphs, spreadsheets inserts, bullet points and etc.
Here’s the link in case you an example of an RFP written by a student
