It would be a hard argument to make a case that the current state of the United States public education system is the best we can and have been able to do. Can we make a rational or informed judgment in the presence of limitations on any universal understanding of the education system and policy. The policies and decisions carried out into action are purely a political technique for carrying out a mitigated response approach to an already excessive and extensive patch work process.
