Compare and contrast 2 evaluation approaches using Fitzpatrick, Sanders, and Worthen (2011) book, along with two other peer reviewed scholarly resources. Identify common elements of each approach as well as key differences.
First, the paper will discuss the program oriented evaluation approach. It will then branch into the objective-oriented evaluation approach. Under the objective-oriented evaluation approach the two approaches to be compared are: 1) Tylerian evaluation approach (p. 154)
2) Provus’s discrepancy model (p. 155)
