As the semester draws to an end, I hope your understanding of HRD has progressed too. For this second definition assignment, please provide a definition of HRD with no more than one sentence long, followed by your statements/explanations of this definition, as you do for the first assignment. Both the definition and the statements need not to be long, but concise, informed and thoughtful. However, I expect you to incorporate what you have learned from the class so far into this definition. Do use scholarly references to support your statements, and make sure cite them in APA format.
