1. “Fact analysis” is an important skill for an investigator. What does this skill entail? 2. During the interviews, the investigator should develop information falling into three broad categories. Identify these categories and describe some information that should be obtained in each.

3. Find a video of an interview about any kind of criminal case. From that interview, identify the type of questioning mostly used, open-ended, or closed-ended. Evaluate the video to determine the quality of responses as well as the type of question that elicited the response. Write a paragraph and list at least four open-ended questions citing the source of the video by attaching the link to the papers.
