A client is unsatisfied with a service provided by your company. The client wants to be
refunded the service fee or they will take their business elsewhere. You are not
authorizedto give refunds, but you don’t want to lose this client.
Email #2: Asking your boss for clarification
There is a new policy at your workplace that prohibits the use of company equipment
outside of business hours. However, you often stay after hours to complete projects. You
aren’t sure how to follow the new rules and still get your work done on time.
