You have a client that is interested in planning a wedding at Butchart Gardens in Victoria. 4th Edition: Using Figure 7.2 (on page 212 of the hard copy textbook) and information from the course, write a letter to Butchart Gardens requesting information about booking the wedding. You can decide the details of the wedding. Note: Figure 7.2 is written as a Formal letter, format your assignment as an email.
5th Edition: Using Figure 7.3 (on page 216 of the hard copy textbook) and information from the course, write a letter to Butchart Gardens requesting information about booking the wedding. You can decide the details of the wedding.
Required: Submit a Word Document, formatted as an email. Do not actually send a real email. You may benefit from reading parts of Chapter 6 to assist in formatting. **IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT CONTENT: You must have a searchable, unique subject heading. You must have a direct, specific, and polite request in the opening paragraph For example: Do you have availability for a wedding of 20-30 people in March 2022? The textbook is somewhat ambiguous about both these points. You must follow the business style of writing explained in the textbook. Evaluation: Evaluation of this assignment follows the “Evaluation of Written Assignments” system as outlined in this handbook and in the Assignment Rubric and Conversion Matrix document. Content will be assessed on format, tone, approach, and all aspects of formal professional and technical writing, as outlined in course materials and in the textbook.
