Get Information: Research reliable sources for compelling information making a lifestyle change around the SDG3 target you have selected. It can be information about how making such a change could be affective improving other areas of your life that are important to you as well.
Answer This Question: Describe your research and what information seems the most compelling for making a commitment to a healthy lifestyle change around the SDG 3 target you have chosen. Why this is the case for you should be clear in your description (150 – 200 words)
Provide APA bibliography citations: of the sources at the end of your answer in your bibliography Also, you need to provide a link to the reliable sources you used at the end of each citation. Research at least 3 reliable sources.
