My topic (passion) is why educational programs, schools, or daycares need to be funded more. Discuss this in the letter please!

2. Check grammar and spelling
3. Identify self as resident of their district
4. Discuss only one subject per letter
5. Be specific in what you want – this is why the research you do is so crucial to your argument

Letters to representatives and governmental officials can provide different perspectives on issues, provide technical or scientific information to support an issue, point out a weakness in a proposed bill, clarify what you and possibly your community feel is important, right or just persuade them to vote for/against specific legislation.
