Throughout this health justice journey, you have learned and
discerned on racial, ethnic, gender, and cultural injustices within our
healthcare system. You have discussed and reflected on difficult topics
related to racial injustices and inequities. You’re on your way to
becoming a great leader and advocate for healthcare justice.
In creating your vision for effective healthcare management, use
your reflections and discernments to present your final paper
reflecting your innovative social justice program initiative(s) needed
to address social justice, equity and inclusion by effecting and leading
change in racial, ethnic and/or cultural disparities in our healthcare
system. Your final project and Social Justice Program’s design should meet the shortfalls of our system in a particular setting and service area as evidenced in supported data.
Your final paper will require APA formatting,
a minimum of 6 cited references and between 5-8 pages. Slides,
graphs, etc., as appropriate to your discussion, need to be included to
provide support to your topic and change recommendations.
