Basically all I need you to do it write the paper and follow the criteria of using your opinion and thoughts on what you would have thought with these results. The whole purpose is experience in organizations with identities that share similar identities but are part of different organizations. Organizing the Paper
Introduction Paragraph(s)
 Grab your reader’s attention.
 Briefly introduce your topic.
 Briefly introduce your interviewees by name and explain their
relationship to you.
 Explain your focus.
 State your thesis—your overall conclusions based on the interviews.
 Provide a roadmap in which you outline the main points you’ll cover in
the paper.
Body
 Identify and explain similarities and differences in your interviewees’
experiences, and how different aspects of the organizations they are
part of, as well as recent trends in society and technology in the
workplace, affected their experiences. Use specific examples and details
from the interviews.
 The paper should not read like a list of results or a transcript of the
interviews. Rather it should be a coherent discussion of similarities
and differences. This will require organizing examples and details into
logical categories or groups.
Conclusion
 Reiterate your main points and provide some concluding remarks about the
significance of identity within organizations today.
Format
• Proper CMS style for formatting and crediting sources both in-text and
in a Works Cited (including interviews)
• 12-point Times New Roman, Garamond, or similar font
• 1-inch margins; double-spaced
• 5 pages minimum in length
