This is an Organizational Behavior class. I took an Assessment throughout the year that explains the behaviors I create in a work environment.
After reading Chapters 1-16 and completing the Self-Assessments (in Connect) listed on the course syllabus for chapters 1-16 discuss what you learned from these assignments. Be sure to relate them to what we have been studying and learning in our OB class including terminology, concepts, and theories on individuals, groups, and organizational culture and structure.
NOTE: Be sure to utilize the following as your outline – use headers:
Include the following in your report:
1. Introduction
2. What did you learn about yourself?
3. What did you learn about working in groups?
4. What is your plan to exploit and develop the attributes discussed in the assessments? How will you do this?
5. Discuss your understanding of how you will use these when working in organizations.
6. Provide a solid conclusion and references.
A minimum of 1,500 words (approximately 5 pages min. w/o cover, reference pages, and similar pages) as the finished project. As always, utilize APA writing style and formatting using Times New Roman, double spaced, size 12 font ONLY. Include at least 3 different references. Use APA forma (see link below). Be sure to organize your paper in a readable and easy to follow format. Use headers to structure the paper. Personal Inventory Assessment (PIA) Paper
Complete the assigned Personal Inventory Assessments that are assigned in this syllabus schedule.
Afterwards, write a 1,500 MS Word report summarizing what you learned through completing the
Assessments. Relate this to organizational concepts about individual, group, and organizational structure.
Include the following in your report: What did you learn about yourself? What did you learn about
working in groups? What is your plan to exploit and develop the attributes discussed in the assessments?
