Develop a lesson plan that will be co-taught. You and your partner should identify the class list with a demographic chart. At least two students must have a disability. You must collaborate on this assignment, your grade will be identical and your submission should be identical!
Follow these instructions.
Select a co-teaching partner. (Discussion Class Chat option)
Make a demographic chart of your class.
Describe in detail (age, disability, present level of performance, strengths and weaknesses) two of your students with disabilities. (You can each do one, but share and discuss the information.)
Develop an objective as in an IEP for each of the above students.
Select the type of co-teaching format you will use.
Create your lesson. Specify what each teacher’s role will be and what the students will be doing throughout the lesson.
Use the C&I Lesson Plan Template provided.
You can adapt a lesson plan that has been created online for teacher use. However, you must modify the lesson to fit the lesson plan template and conspicuously align instructional components to the specific needs identified in your student description.
