Please review the attached progress reports when writing the final notebook for this project. Please use the Project_report.doc template attached when working on your deliverable to me. Please also include a final project product as well in your deliverable
Final Project Notebook: Upon completion of the team project, submit an integrated project notebook including the following:
A double-spaced 3-5-page project report (use template on Canvas). Address the following questions in your report, which should be in the front of your notebook after the table of contents:
What did your team produce? Was the project a success or not, and what was your criteria for determining success? (Remember that should be defined in your scope statement early in the project).
What project management tools/documents did you use, and did they help?
How close was your draft schedule and estimate of hours to the actual schedule and actual hours worked on the project?
What went right on the project? What went wrong? What did your team learn by working on this project?
How did you select the project manager? Did he/she do a good job at leading your team? Did you work well as a team?
What was your project sponsor or customer’s final assessment of the project? Include some written feedback from the sponsor and sample customer or user survey results in your final report and presentation. See the sample customer acceptance form in your text for an example. If your project involves some type of event, be sure to include pictures of the event.
Final Project Product: The final project product and all other product-related items your team produced. Depending on the topic and type of your project, sample products include but are not limited to:
the URL to the complete Website,
the design draft or prototype,
the completed video clips,
the advertisement flyer or brochure,
the pictures of the event or game,
the documented online workshop (screenshots or recorded sessions and blogs).
