My topic is based on the marijuana drug policy and talk about if it works and in what way does it work. So I was going to talk about the pros and cons of legalizing marijuana. After that we need to talk about what needs to be addressed and reformed so I was going to talk about how petty crimes such as marijuana arrests are taking up valuable space for more serious crimes that now do not have space to put them. I also wanted to talk about hate crimes and racial discrimination and how it entales the effects of jail space.
