History paper about Poverty/Economic Inequalities
I was told to write a 5-8 page paper about Povery/Economic Inequality with cited sources.
It is scored on:
The quality of the argument, including how clearly stated it is
How well you support your argument with reasoning and sources
How well you represent any significant opposing views and the discussion of why you don’t believe those views are correct based on your research
Readable/coherent writing (I strongly suggest a peer review process for this, as sometimes the words in our head don’t make sense to other people)
A strong, compelling conclusion
Correct citation use and format (not citing sources where appropriate could result in a failing grade or a plagiarism review) LENGTH: 5-8 pages
This does NOT INCLUDE WORKS CITED OR COVER PAGE MATERIAL.
All papers should be formatted as double-spaced, with a 12 point font (a reasonable font, like Times New Roman or Arial), and 1″ margins.
Cover pages: I don’t need them. All I need is the title, which can go right above your intro paragraph.
