Each editorial must use a minimum of three appropriate sources, which must be properly cited using in-text documentation. Every editorial must include an introductory paragraph, supporting paragraphs, and a concluding paragraph. Your position should be clearly stated in the introduction and conclusion. Each supporting paragraph should assist in your position. Each editorial must be a minimum of two and one-half pages (typed, double space, one-inch margins, 12 point font). All topics should be current and related to government and/or politics and APPROVED by the instructor. The student will submit a minimum of two editorials in a stamped, addressed, unsealed envelope to the instructor, to be submitted to a newspaper or periodical. ALL EDITORIALS WILL BE CHECKED FOR PLAGIARISM. Students will be required to submit their editorials electronically to turnitin.com. NO credit will be given if any part of a project is plagiarized.
